have fair skin. wash face mornings , every night. wear makeup every day, , never sleep in it. have combination skin.my face can oily, dry, break-out. bought neutrogena combination skin moisturizer, , says put on before apply makeup, have been doing. moisturizer has controlled oilyness, has not improved dryness. hour after put on makeup forms flakes on face. , reptile sheds skin. occurs in t-zone. when try peel off doesn't show, turns nose raw , red. help!! school start , dont want lizard!
