Why cannot Dell price Desktops more competitively for India?

1 can buy fabulous laptop reasonable amount dell. then, why cannot desktop priced more competitively? 1 pays components in dell computer, , freight, if 1 buys website. cost of components should heavily subsidized. refer i7 processor. if dell purchases many i7 processors, , many mcafee anti-virus packages, why not purchased dell @ heavily subsidized price, producers? true, every component has additional tax, not stipulated, latest processors taxed more, older processors. taxes same older, , new generation processors. same other components of pc. looking forward buying top spec pc dell, @ reasonable price in future.
