want tattoo, have thought bout while, still give myself time think it. love tattoos, , first 1 small in years come if end not liking small 1 , not 1 covers hole neck etc.

want opinions girls , boys of ages tell me best place tattoo, dont mind if gona painfull or honest.

designs cool?? similar celebrities ?? colored/black ink???

im not gona rush in yet, want ideas/advice plz
