Are you fond of writing or reading poetry?

both. i've written couple thousand poems, have had several published, own dozens of poetry collections , read poetry daily, , run literature , writing workshops in summer teach poetry , prosody.



come dance me beneath moon;
suits better sun
precious one.
wolf , owl know tune,
, love
before world’s bejeweled in morning dew.

i’ll praise beauty till dawn,
until night’s peace ends @ last
and, sleeping past,
shades villagers have drawn
raise day anew.
ah then, not before, leave you.

i’ll spend waking hours in dreams
of love can’t deny;
when evening’s nigh
, in heavens venus gleams
i’ll hurry side
, there sweet maiden night abide.

we’ll live our little lives in fear
pretending daylight friends;
half-truth rends
heart , soul. when near
live in paradise
, feel gates of heaven in eyes.

until walk in sunlit ways
, don’t deny cloth share,
instead wear
our evening robes in full display
life die @ noon
, no nearer moon.
