How do I buy ishares ETFs?

. well....no, not buy directly ishares...you can buy etf through brokerage account , though. enter symbol when you're making out " buy " order.
if buying " leveraged" etf ( pay 2 or 3 times gain or loss ) may need " accept" warning broker....because of risk involved.... index or sector etf's simple buy or sell other stock.

can buy ishares etfs directly ishares??? can buy them using vanguard brokerage account?
