Help with aircraft and human factors?


hey,

there quite few crashes induced human error , technology. long there technology in aeroplane there human error, although percentage relatively small.

1 example of air france flight 296. in crash, airbus had introduced new, complex systems on aircraft, best read on wikipedia.

kegworth air crash, in crash, british midland flight heathrow belfast had divert east midlands airport after suffered fan blade failure, string of human factors, including misreading dial in neew system, lead pilots shut down remaining engine, again, check out on wikipedia. stuff on there.

remember....there has chain of events in order disaster happen, if break chain, will...hopefully not lead serious.
