Are there newspapers or magazines that publish poetry?

yes both of yoru questions. start live. don't know country in, or city, go local newspaper first , ask if publish poetry. go local library, , ask magazines publish poetry. not involved people want pay them publish poetry. that's scam.

i looking media outlet can submit poetry free. meaning not paid. want name out there. tried googling "newspapers , magazines publish poetry" results confusing me.
