have been searching net information on car audio systems have every site contradict other "right" way car audio set

have alpine pdx 1.1000 amp 2 alpine type r 10' subs

sites claim need new alternator, others claim adding batteries or capacitors--i want choose right route car audio system without having waste hard earned money on things don't need.
