• place tariffs on goods imported country american corporations total outsourced labor force exceeds 70%.
• provide partial subsidies transportation costs
• eliminate capital gains taxes intermittently. 1 year yes, 1 year no.
• enact vat national sales tax of 2%.
• lower federal reserve interest rates.
healthcare:
• eliminating medicaid , schip.
• create federal price regulations limit hospitals/clinics can charge medical procedures , treatment, as, prescription medication prices.
