Mazda 3 alarm going nuts when new battery installed?

isn't new technology wonderful?
need reset cars alarm accept new battery, have have security codes. if did not record them where, might mean trip dealers required car work right once more.

my 05 mazda 3 wouldn't start due cold replaced battery. second connect both terminals horn blows, flashers , inside goes nuts. do?! tired hitting panic button, , tried keys in , keys out , every time touch go nuts! plz help!
