How to file Income Tax Returns in India.?

if have income have file return mentioned above seems loan transaction , have not charged int them. not required file return.

having pan card not liable filed income tax return.

i have not filed returns since last 3 years ( day got pan card), , there few transactions of few lakhs borrowed , returned friends , family.
how go since dont know start.
