Financial Assistance as a minor?

i'm 17 years old living grandmother. i'm not trying complain times hard......actually part are. started doing online school can work more support myself have 2 jobs @ moment, both based off of tips income fluctuates lot. , sucks when have responsibility. pay need, try granny out, plus try have enough left on kid , have fun.... i'm broke , short on bill , short on bill. there anywhere type of financial help..? i'm not looking negative comments don't put them, said i'm not trying complain need help...just time time. maybe give me little boost can stop being stressed out , out of money.
