i'm 17 years old , i'm in college. however, received mail have join selective service. want financial aid, sign up. have asthma, excuse me joining selective service? or join service , if war happen, don't need go? go doctor note or something? also, birthday @ december, 2nd semester in college happens after that... info/help given.
