1995 Mazda B4000 surges while stopped?

heater running , blowing on windshield (defrost mode)...

switch blowing @ face/floor , see if same thing.

in defrost (windshield) mode ac compressor running dehumidify air- i'm wondering if compressor related?

what cause engine surge, enough try make truck move forward, on 1995 mazda b4000 4x4 v6 engine, while stopped when heater on? when turn heater off, truck stops surging. help!
