Where does nissan gets their technicians from?

dealerships looking technicians. ask @ local dealership service managers tell looking for. ati. wyo tech. , many others have hands on course might expensive. community college might have auto shop class. check scholarships , try not debt. tool purchasing while on job first couple years mean tough times. easier if living @ home. sorry think there better ways earn living. working in heat , cold times 12 hours day , 6 days week. warranty repair not used be. extended warranty , leased cars killing off service. cars reliable don't need first couple years. ase certified technicians not have collective bargaining better working conditions hours health insurance benefits , retirement.
service technician tough way earn living. love repair , see different things every day. sad thing more know harder diagnosis , repair service adviser hands fix. luck
