How do you take a door panel off of a Volkswagen GTI?

no motor head, switch in drivers door handle, replace switch, need remove upper portion of door handle (it held down clips), pry evenly , gently , entire upper section comes off switch, rest can figure out if far. takes 2 minutes, no sweat

the driver side window button driver side window on '01 mk4 volkswagen golf gti broke off, , need know how pop off door panel try , fix/replace it. button passenger side fine though. loose while , worked broke off.
