dad religious fanatic , thinks philosophy corrupts mind. mom seems agree him. 1 time saw me plato's republic , threw in garbage. don't understand how philosophy bad? weired. still haven't told me took philosophy course next year. if finds out make me drop course.

how can make dad understand philosophy not bad thing? or if can't make him understand how read philosophy books without dad finding out?
