Would >10 visits to a Nissan dealer for brake noise qualify for lemon law recourse?

bought used 2008 nissan versa manufacturer warranty left on it. within few months @ local dealership squeaking rear brakes. actions taken brake pad , shoe replacement, total rear brake replacement, "scratching" brake pads provide more friction, , "fix" replacement per tsb put out nissan. however, less 2 months later rear brakes began emit medium-pitched moan in reverse! dealership has been awesome, can't else me because there's no real fix above them. recommended call consumer affairs , ask extended warranty since can't fix problem (i'm going ask free maintenance plan troubles too). dealer said they'd me on request when nissan checks them because i've been there 10 documented times in last year problem, , other times weren't documented because couldn't anything.

you've read story, want know if issue qualify lemon law recourse. threaten when call tomorrow if possibility. if possible, please recommend me how can replacement vehicle rather warranty on bogus one!!!
