Why is george berkeley's philosophy not accurate anymore?

berkeley's philosophy famously summarized poem

there young man said "god
must find exceedingly odd
think tree
should continue
when there's no 1 in quad."
"dear sir: astonishment's odd;

, that's why tree

since observed by, yours faithfully, god."

having loved ditty since heard it, not think correct (if ever did).
key points me (and others) denys possibility of a. independant abstract entities , b. unobserved.

physicist, dealt both such things time. electrons can't observed (just effects), nor can prove moon has far side. famously, though, quantum uncertainty utterly ruled out.

christian, point out poses theological problems, eg theodicy (god seeing evil yet doing nothing) , ethics (is abstract 'justice' ever observed?)

i'm doing project on george berkeley , teacher said philosophies arent today's generations.
did research on can't understand why it's not good
