95 model year predates obd2 standard. current readers on shelf obd2 , not usable on pre 96 models. need find older reader made pontiac gm brand

check service manual because many times can read codes counting flashes of service engine light, either cycle ignition key on/off in pattern or short 2 of pins on obd connector puts ecm reporting mode.
