What are some colleges in california that have REALLY good photography programs?

i've been looking @ brooks institute in ventura, tuition expensive , don't know whether worth since it's far. know whether going trade school photography beats going community college? need honest opinion , give me facts up. thank you! oh, , please don't academy of art or art institute.
