Serpentine belts - subaru?

ok, after of answers had on here, called dealship , asked entail. see, else took car down me @ time have estimate made. turns out recommend belts replaced , water pump because of mileage of car. because several time replaced serpentine , cars came in within weeks waterpump problems or other belt problems. told me go ahead , have 1 belt replaced, if other things went out later dangerous, , more expensive original $600 quoted.

i have subaru 1995 legacy , have been quoted have serpentine belt replaced $600. correct?
