Can i lose my permanent resident status?

* move country intent live there permanently
* remain outside united states more 1 year without obtaining
o re-entry permit; or
o returning resident visa
* remain outside united states more 2 years after issued reentry permit without obtaining returning resident visa
* fail file income tax returns while living outside united states
* declare non-immigrant on tax documents

i'm permanent resident 7 years live , work abroad. i'm entering states every year @ least twice year i'm not working in states (at moment). green card expires in 2013 , i'm little bit worried status. can loose it?
