ACER tft (lcd) pc monitor VS SAMSUNG tft (lcd) pc monitor?

monitor says full 1080p hd great. however, if think of acer budget pc brand. samsung tv maker makes great hd tv's. in opinion go tv brandbecausee make qualities tv's 50 inches, i'm sure make great 18 inch computer screens. acer on other hand budget pc brand, based on brand alone think samsung better. 1080p high definition. go economical price, no more 300 sure. 18 inches should 100-200.
give me shout if have questions.

u suggest better acer or samsung.
or other (lcd) monitor within reasonable or economical price.
