I need effective tips for my sunburned skin?

take cold shower or bath. cold water subdues sunburn symptoms (heat , pain). use lite lotion on skin lubricate (not heavy, greasy lotion traps heat; want skin breath , stay cool).
peeling removal of damaged skin. our skin peels every day sunburn, peels faster.
burn has given melanin protect uvs. melanin makes tan skin not white awhile not notice difference. keep covered , white used be.
exposing skin, gave dose of healthy vitamin d. little sun every day healthy.

i had snow-white skin before i'm reddish. want treat sunburned skin & fair skin asap. effective tips?:(
