I have to choose between two job offers SOON! HELP!!?

little info myself first. married soldier in army , relocated. @ first wanted stay home our 10 month old, however, it's quite economical shock here , things more expensive expected. decided go work supplement our income. have worked in medical field on 8 years. offered 2 jobs within day , accepted both hesitation because didnt know do.

job#1 insurance credentialing rep.
pros:great company, great employees! offers full medical, dental, vision , 401k, pays 90cents more job#2, pto , paid holidays

cons: 20 minute commute in traffic(maybe longer), professional dress(i more casual type), extremely busy , stressful position.

job#2 child & youth program assistant
pros: government position, next house on base, son can go me work, no commute whatsoever!

cons: hours of operation 530am-6pm. working different shifts, no benefits. no paid time off, no holiday pay.

please let me know think? im stressed out on here considering both jobs , not sure 1 turn down. start in week.
