nooooooooooooo. if attempted migrate had tattoo, there wouldn't getting country.
immigration concerned, having proper paperwork, identification & passport essential.
nobody cares tattoo, believe me.

my gf in philippines right , waiting visa migrate in canada, had tattoo on , she's worried if canadian embassy denied entry if had tattoo. there canadian immigration law tattoo?
