2007 toyota matrix transmission died for the 2nd time?

hello guys,

bought brand new 2007 toyota matrix dealer , @ 30k tranny died , replaced since under warranty. uses toyota t4 fluid have verified 3 dealerships , in books should changed every 60k...i changed again @ 83k..so 30k -80k changed 2x. here problem tranny died again yesterday.....they called me today , said died because didnt change fluid every 15k....which balony..i called 3 toyota dealerships , toyota , said every 60k...

asking me put used tranny on 3100$ should do...

uses toyota t4 trannny fluid should changed every 60k....this second time transmission died on me..i maintain car well...please help!!!
