Are samsung home theaters good?

particular home theater system excellent. converts regular dvd's hd quality. note impossible true hd because dvd's don't provide enough content. sure buy or rent blu-ray discs. speaker technology best part. 7.1 speakers best now. means has 7 speakers, old system 5.1 5 speakers. more speakers, more lifelike surround sound get. great price too.
