Need help on being a better actor?

ok year ago started taking actor classes full time after never having experience @ all, started late having real confidence issues performing in front of people.

people tell me time should doing drama, when tell them tell me how perfect me, thing don't know how of these people can tell me how or when haven't done show it. i'm finding hard when reading script act if i'm person rather reading if i'm reading letter have received, thought maybe isn't me can't think of else want in life statisfy me.

when comes nervous , hot , end messing lines or talking real fast. haven't done performance before in front of audience other tutors , class mates, know it's matter of time before have , i'm scared to.

tutor said me have such big personality , energy me when there shrink because i'm aware people watching me , can't thinking judging me , laughing @ me.

how can overcome can best can be?
