Mini-Relay Fuses for 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix?

have 2000 pontiac grand prix se. 3.1 motor , fans may not coming on when need be. know 1 of mini relay fuses there 3 under hood in fuse box.

2 silver 4 plug
other 1 black , 5 plug.

these go to. thought maybe silver 4 plugged ones turn fans on , if out maybe that's why fans aren't working, fans don't work @ temp either black fuse for. tried looking these fuses go can't find diagram it.

if know else cause fans not working beside these fuses , fan motor please feel free let me know...
