Do I have to register for Selective Service if i plan on being in AFROTC?

applied financial aid. 1 of questions asked if wanted register selective service when turn 18. answered no , said might not able receive financial aid if don't register. however, in college plan on being enrolled in afrotc program , serving in air force after graduation. couple of questions. still have register though i'll in afrotc? , can not receive financial aid i've been awarded because didn't register? if has advice on appreciated. thank you
