Can i use yahoo finance as a third party in a international car purchase?

no.

yahoo! doesn't ever involved financial transactions - person dealing fraudster.

"seller" not own car have seen advertised. have merely ripped off else's advert , altered asking price, car looks ridiculously cheap. common tactic used fraudsters, fool unwary buyers.

if send money, lose it. of it. permanently.

i interested in buying car seller in spain. has told me arrange yahoo finance act third party , hold money buyer until buyer in receipt of goods , happy. viable option? service exist?
