Printer won't print anything?

replaced ink cartridges (they in right) , i'm trying print off. never print, it's on too. went printer , faxes under control panel , says offline, being option using online says "use offline"... printed weird paper said "follow directions on page maximum best quality" , had description of scanning page...which won't either. need start printing now, quick on subject appreciated. if helps, printer hp psc 1350v all-in-one sanner printer , copier
