depends painted/drawn on.

graffiti legitimate art form, each piece subjective placed on. if spray paint side of building without permission vandalism. if spraypaint side of same building , owner gave u go-ahead, art.

@graffiti rebel - unless said tag really ugly. not art. know im talking about. ones 5 year old finger painted onto wall face
