Complaint on ICICI Lombard health insurance.?

parents in canada have taken icici lombard overseas travel insurance period of 180 days have paid premium of rs.19952 each. policy expiring on 28 th feb 2010.now planning renew further period of 70 days till 10th of may 2010.while enquiring this, icici people telling pay premium of rs.14300 each.which think high compared had charged 180 days. in these 180 days there no clams our side.kindly advice me do?
