in australia have civil aviation safety authority put place safety requirements concerning maintenance ensure our aircraft safe enough fly on our cities worlds , requirements extremely strict while in america have faa practice similar role yet don't seem strict on american aircraft noticed when working aircraft engineer qantas. united aircraft seemed worst bird strikes , cracks on them. learned lot of american airlines tend save money lacking maintenance , running purely larger profits. how casa allow american aircraft fly on our cities in state of them in if australian registered ground them? shouldn't have universal rule book on aircraft safety whole?
