husband , have been considering moving canada. husband has 2 associate degrees , have certifications in a+, , networking , security (computer related). time move, microsoft certified, among other things. changing degree nursing, or other career in medical field.

have been looking provinces, , found nova scotia appealing: weather, sights, etc.

questions:

husband able find computer work there?

nova scotia 1 of safer provinces live (for family)?
(^crime rate , etc)

taxes vary province?

mother thief; has stolen college money , opened credit cards in name...i have lot of straightened out time move, credit follow me canada? identify theft; , dad have drinking problem, or let me enter canada if of left unresolved? know sounds silly, gathering information move both scary, difficult, , exciting.
