How Can I Get An Agent For Musical Theatre Acting?

hi, i'm aspiring musical theatre actress (i'm 16 @ moment) , want actress in theatre , musicals, not film or tv, i'm not sure how agent...

before judge , think i'm airhead wannabe wants fame , money - know i'm talking - , not want famous...well known being talented actress not in mags or anything!

think i'm experienced. go 3 drama , musical theatre groups, in pantos every year, in lots of high profile am-dram shows in area, run youth theatre group, go dancing 3 times week (modern, tap , ballet), have singing lessons, music theatre exams (grade 4-8), got a* in gcse drama , dance , studying musical theatre , drama @ college, think can fill resume...

i've done research looking @ agents they're tv , film, not area want go into. how can find theatre agent? , if - have audition? i'm not sure , advice valuable! ta!
