What size front speakers are standard for a 2002 Subaru legacy/liberty?

front speakers 6.5" in diameter. mounting depth tiny bit less 3", there's lots of aftermarket speakers fit ok without interfering window glass. factory speakers mounted 3 screws rigid plastic shroud covers top half , shields magnet rainwater getting door panel. speakers big magnets may hit shroud , not seat. in case, can add spacer or cut out of shroud contacts magnet.

on 1 of subaru forums (i forget one, subaruforester.org, scoobytruck, or perhaps nasioc?) guy selling spacers cut different models of speakers. might want browse around 1 of forums , see aftermarket speakers in subarus.

i looking @ changing standard speakers decent quality ones. size need fit nicely without altering car @ all. there enough room larger magnet @ rear after market speakers?
